The Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 14th annual COSBE (Council on Small Business Enterprises) Small Business of the Year awards Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Carmichael Center. The Small Business Awards annually honor outstanding achievement by entrepreneurs that have demonstrated growth, viability and community service.
